I have been tutoring for a few years now and have seen not only progress, but extreme dedication in learning, blossom within my students. I get it; I'm in high school myself. Kids don't always have an interest in studying. What is special about how I teach, is that when I do so, I use methods that encourage the children to want to learn, and have fun while doing it. Relying on a student to teach another student allows more trust within student and teacher because the child can relate more to someone who is not an adult. Trust me; not only have I done the research, but I have seen it myself with the students I have tutored. I mostly teach children from grades K-8. My method is simple. I show students how to learn with interest on their side. Once they are through with me, they will realize that learning is not work, but something that is beautiful that enhances the mind further to have the potential to do great things in the future.I teach English, as I am an avid reader and writer and thrive for grammar, and I am in advanced classes because of it. I also teach math, and assure that my grades in it are always up to par because math is the subject that comes naturally to me. I have always gotten more than positive reviews from parents who have trusted me with their children. Grades have been brought up, progress made, and a new interest in a subject has been developed. I sincerely hope you are not discouraged by the fact that I am only 16. I need the money to help run my family because it is a one income household and the income provider is not doing so well with his health. I can assure you I am reliable, courteous, and kind. I have been brought up with morals and manners. The students who learn from me have often told me I have taught them more in 15 minutes than their teachers have in one class. Please, give me a chance. I promise I will not disappoint.
